Shipping
All orders ship within the United States via FedEx or UPS, fully insured and carefully packaged to ensure your boots arrive in perfect condition.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days across the continental USA.
Shipping Cost
Complimentary on all orders — no minimum required.
Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships.
Please note: We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Items showing signs of wear will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, please contact us at curator@thefirstatelier.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Size Exchanges
We understand that fit is everything. If your boots do not fit as expected, we are happy to assist with a size exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Please contact us at curator@thefirstatelier.com before sending anything back. Exchanges are subject to availability — as many of our pieces are curated in limited quantities, an alternate size may not always be possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at curator@thefirstatelier.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will make it right — promptly and without question.
