At The First Atelier, each piece is prepared with care and dispatched with respect for the craftsmanship it represents. Because our collections may be fulfilled from different partner ateliers and approved inventory locations, delivery timelines can vary slightly by piece and destination.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been approved. During periods of elevated demand, collection launches, or holidays, processing times may be extended slightly.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, most domestic orders arrive within 5–10 business days. Delivery estimates may vary depending on product availability, destination, carrier conditions, and the atelier or fulfillment partner preparing the order.

Shipping Origins

To preserve access to a curated range of exceptional pieces, orders may ship from different approved fulfillment points, ateliers, or partner locations. For this reason, certain items may require additional preparation time before dispatch.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout when applicable. From time to time, The First Atelier may offer complimentary shipping on select orders, collections, or destinations at its discretion.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow a short period for tracking activity to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, The First Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather events, regional restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. The First Atelier is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect shipping information submitted by the client.

Certain materials or pieces may be subject to destination-based shipping restrictions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. If an item cannot be shipped to your region, this limitation may be indicated before checkout or communicated after the order is reviewed.
