Sizing Guide
A well-fitted boot should feel secure, considered, and natural from the very first step.
Our boots are selected with the same attention we give every piece in the collection: for form, character, and lasting presence. While each silhouette carries its own nuance, the right fit should feel close at the instep, comfortable through the toe, and steady in motion.
Because many of our boots are rooted in traditional Mexican craftsmanship, their fit can differ slightly from standard mass-market sizing. This guide offers a clear starting point for choosing with confidence.
How they should feel
A proper fit should feel snug — never restrictive. The leather should hold the foot securely without pressure at the toe, while allowing for natural movement as you walk. A slight heel lift is expected in a well-structured cowboy boot and becomes more natural as the leather softens over time.
- The instep should feel secure, like a firm handshake.
- Your toes should not press against the front of the boot.
- A slight heel lift is normal in the early wear period.
- If you are between sizes, many clients prefer sizing down for a closer fit.

How to measure your foot
For the most accurate measurement, follow these steps:
Place a blank sheet of paper on a hard floor. Stand on it with your heel against a wall.
Mark the tip of your longest toe with a pencil. Measure the distance from the wall to the mark.
Measure both feet — they are often slightly different. Use the larger measurement.
Measure in the afternoon or evening, when feet are at their largest after a full day.

Fit is not only about measurement — it is about proportion, movement, and the way a boot settles into your stride over time. The right pair should feel intentional from the beginning, then become even more natural with wear.
