The Story

The story of La Flor de la Medianoche ("The Midnight Flower") begins with texture. En the atelier, an artisan traces pale petals over deep, velvet-like suede. Each curve is deliberate, each stitch an architectural act of devotion: light rising from the shadows for the woman who chooses her own tempo.

We selected this Espresso Suede because it absorbs light rather than reflecting it. This creates a profound, matte background that makes the Ivory Floral Embroidery emerge with a soft, luminous glow. It is softer than leather, quieter, and undeniably more luxurious. The Rose-Pink Lining remains a hidden signature—a touch of warmth against the cool midnight air.

Materials

• Upper: Premium Espresso Suede (Gamuza). A luxurious, napped leather offering immediate tactile softness and a deep matte finish.
• Embroidery: Hand-placed Ivory & Cream floral motifs. The textural relief between the matte suede and the silk-thread is striking.
• Lining: Supple natural calfskin with a signature Rose-Pink collar detail — a private touch of modern femininity.
• Sole: Genuine leather outsole with hand-stitched welt and polished architectural edge.
• Heel: ~1.75" stacked leather western heel — balanced, stable, and quietly commanding.

• The Shaft: 12" height with controlled botanical embroidery — heirloom quality that moves with you.
• The Toe: Classic Snip Toe for an elongated, feminine, and sharp silhouette.
• The Finish: The natural nap of the suede evolved further with every wear, recording the memory of your stride.

Wearing Experience

• Fit: Crafted on an atelier-specific last designed for a refined silhouette. Most clients take their usual US size. If you are between sizes or prefer a relaxed fit for the snip toe, we recommend sizing up by half.
• Break-in: Minimal. The suede is naturally softer and more pliable than full-grain leather; it holds its line but softens naturally within 1 wear.
• Care (Important): Use a specialized suede brush to lift dust and restore the nap. Do not use shoe polish. We recommend applying a suede protector spray before the first wear.

Cut, embroidered, and finished in León, Guanajuato by master bootmakers. Working with suede requires a delicate master's hand to ensure embroidery sits perfectly without crushing the leather's natural nap. Every petal is a signature of authentic origin.
